Rebberger Garlic
The garlic pretzel looks interesting. Do you have any info to share, such as where I could get seeds, soil condition, sowing etc. The garlic pretzel is the Rebberger garlic . First of all thanks for all your compliments to the photos I live near Aarhus in Jutland. Till now, my favourite has been Detroit for taste and Cylindra for slicing (pickling). It's the first time we've grown so many the same year. I'll get back later when we have had the possibility to compare.

Beetroot harvest: 18 varieties
I've been digging up beetroot today. Lots and lots of them. 18 different varieties. They are VERY MUCH different. I wonder how they differ in taste.
