Hmmnn. Sounds quite good.
I had it boiled in milk and onions with bay leaf, peppercorns and some other spices. Don't remember it being much beyond a force feeding exercise!
Didn"t rate it but perhaps I should try it again? i can always feed it to the dog if I don't like it as she loves it!
