My wife is going to have a total hip replacement operation but must attend an Eduction Day run by someone with the grand job title"Pathway Facilitator". That is the best one I have seen in years,can it be bettered?

The reason for the strange title Snooky is that the NHS uses care pathways for all long term conditions and for sets of procedures. So there'll be a care pathway for the management of diabetes, or chronic pulmonary obstructive disease, or dementia, and so on.
