Got the metal work of my new polytunnel up yesterday, started sorting out the wood for base rails etc only to find I only have 2 door frame uprights not 4! Was planning to get it finished today, fat chance now! I wont name the company, but its a biggie in the market. Anyone else experienced this?

You should definitely name the company and when you contact them tell them you will post their replay and the speed of their response, this might speed them along a bit if they know they are being named and shamed

They were quite good about it actually. As I was constructing, I agreed to buy the 2 pieces of missing timber locally so i could get on with it (£8) and they would send me a "goody box" to compensate. they offer to ship on 48 hr delivery, but i wanted to get it up before the weather changes at the W/E. Will let you if the box was worth it!
