night time temps

At what sort of night time temperature would folk recommend the doors to g/house and p/tunnel be left open?

My main concern is the influence damping down may or may not have on blight, as I lost my entire g/house tom population last year

Damping down confusion

Having read the 2 popular poly tunnel books I am confused by the damping down issue. They recommend that p/t`s are regularly damped down to increase humidity. My questions are, should this apply to G/houses? What about the blight issue, does this not encourage blight growth conditions?

I got my 15x10 from First Tunnels as well, and found them very helpfull. They even sent me about £60 worth of goodies to compensate for 2 lengths of missing timber (sourced locally for speed)

Its quite free draining actually. I`ve gug the three duff ones up and replanted them a bit more proud. One had thrown off a couple of roots, but the other two had none!

Poorly rhubarb

In Feb I moved two crowns and planted two new ones. One old crown is thriving, but of the other three, two are struggling (two tiny leaves) and one has vanished (new one). What am I doing wrong?

Club root prevention

I`ve just discovered that the land our new allotments are on has had clubroot in the past. The farmer has advised liming. If I use the same tools there as at home what precautions should I take to prevent taking it home? Is liming effective, and at what density?
