.....to cycle though Europe to Brindisi,catch the ferry to Athens,then try to visit every Greek island served by a ferry.
Still harbouring this dream after forty years.Originally went to sea to save money to fund the dream,supplementing this fund by working at whatever casual job I could do.No rush,take my time,take in the sights and go where my fancy took me.
Obviously it hasn't worked out for me,yet;but with retirement looming I have been threatening my wife of forty or so years that it is time for me to spread my wings and leave the nest!!
Not going to happen in reality,so it remains what it is,my dream.
And the dream is.......
