Morning everyone. My three Cape Gooseberry plants are doing really well in the greenhouse and are festooned with fruits, so it looks like a bumper crop. So....apart from eating them until they come out of our ears,

has anyone out there got any recipes or suggestions please? Can you make jam with them? There is no mention of them in my "jam making Bible" and I have no idea whether they would need pectin and/or acid.
I thought I would ask you good folks before I start trawling the Internet as I prefer books (still) and personal recommendations any day!
