Pear scab on conference pear tree

Can anyone tell me how to eradicate pear scab from my pear tree. I've sprayed it with an organic winter wash in the autumn and spring but still it appears. The other pear tree Comice is fine. I live in the west of France.

Try using Dithane 945 following the instructions on the box.
