Don't discard the un-used ones, shake all the compost off, wash the seedlings, roots and all, carefully and use as mini-spring onions.

Had my excess Red Baron as a garnish with pork chops and chips for tea. :D
Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.

Good advice Peter but I am intrigued to know what the new Avatar is all about........is it some WW2 advice to the public if the Gerry's landed?
