Hi
Another question! My chives are really cracking this
year and are going into flower. Are they OK to let flower
or should they be nipped off so they don't drain the plant
resources?

Hi Westi,
Another good comparison. Here the the Chives are only 3-4" high and will not get to heading up for a long time yet. I just leave mine and sometimes collect some seed but otherwise just let them go.

I've never found it makes any difference. Either leave the flowers on or eat them
