Has anyone got any good contacts of growers using working horses for production of vegetables and information or whereabouts for obtaining horse drawn machinery/implements. Any leads would be must grateful.

My email might be a bit late....but if you have had no luck so far, you could try contacting the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum in Chichester, West Sussex. They plough and harvest with their own heavy horses - usually a team of Percherons. I believe they make their own harness and implements but they do have a good list of suppliers and craftsmen.
