Received - Oca Tubers thanks Oxalis

Hi I am looking for some;

Oca Tubers (oxalis Tuberosa)

to try this year, I have heard that they are nice to eat, and quite easy to grow, but I cant find any for sale anywhere.

I am also looking for some Jerusalem Artichokes "Fuseau" variety.

although they appear to have had huge demand and run out of stock already this year. There's also a health warning on this stuff that you shouldn't eat them if you get arthritis, rheumatism, etc as it makes it much worse, so be careful.

I have masses of Jerusalem Artichokes but as I inherited them with my plot I have no idea of the variety. If you don't get offered any Fuseau and want some of mine, please do let me know.

Hi thaks that, I did try real seeds and as you said, they have run out, Boo Hoo.

Are your J/A's quite large? Or are they the sort that are small and very nobberly?

Off to the plot for a while while the weather holes.

The artichokes are all sizes and can grow to around 4" in length. They're a bit knobbly but not overly so. I just scrub them and roast them in their skins.
