Cold weather

The weather forecast has shown that we will be having some cold winds from the North. Does any one think I need to cover my tomatoes outside and the shut the doors in the greenhouse or do you think that they should be ok.

This Evening and Tonight:
Some sunny intervals this evening, then clear spells overnight and becoming rather chilly, perhaps with a touch of ground frost locally. Most places should remain dry, but a few showers may run along Irish Sea coasts towards morning. Minimum temperature 8 °C.
This is from Met Office site but I wouldn't panic.
