I have noticed that a new weedkiller called RESOLVA has appeared on the shelves. I think it is abit pricey but was wondering if anyone has tried it and if the results were worth the expense. I ended up buying roundup in a bogof offer.

I've never heard of this stuff. I'm always very, very suspicious though of new chemicals for us gardeners to use. I think you need to read the very small print hidden away on the label to find out what's in it as so many of these things are the product of a marketing department not a laboratory. They're the same chemicals like glyphosate (Roundup), paraquat(Weedol) and so on in some very expensive eye-catching packaging that will look good in the garden centre. But then I'm a miserable old cynic aren't I?

I agree you can never tell what is in these weedkillers especially as this one gives results in 24hrs. I am always wary about claims made by companies hence I thought I would see if anyone has any dealings.

Very interesting but, what, I wonder is in it to cause fast burndown and how long before you can cultivate?. Maybe I will contact them direct for more info. I will have a look at the other items you have mentioned.
