blueberries

My wife went out to my garden, and took a photograph of my blueberry bush, which although in winter foliage, lovelly red colours, is full of green blueberries. I wonder if they will ripen? Now I don't normally harvest the berries, because the garden is not acid, and the berries are left for the birds, however the ones that are there now are quite a good size. This, incidentally is the second crop!If I knew how to transfer the photograph, I would!
