Steve Good to have you back on the allotment. don't get overdoing it, health comes first so take care.
What a shame about the kitchen garden after all the hard work you had done there,enjoy the allotment.

Dear Steve, some things in life are just not meant to be, and i think this is one of them.
I'm sure once you settle back into your allotment your health will start to improve quickly again.

I bet all your allotment freinds will be glad to see you around more often.

Steve, sorry not to have sent a reply sooner, but my computer has been out of action. You have given me a great deal of pleasure - following your progress. You have achieved so much in a short space of time. Look after yourself and don't spread yourself too far. It is a fact of life that diabetes & depression go hand in hand, so enjoy the ups and ride out the downs. Best wishes.
