Happy Christmas to you DahlisMarie

Just out of interest, now its your summer what sort of veg do you have with your turkey? Do you have sprouts, parsnips and all the traditional stuff available now?

Dear Dahlismarie, hope you have a great time to. :D

When my cousins were in Australia a few years back they had Christmas dinner on the beach, they said it felt most strange.

Take care now.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Oh dear, I think I have missed the party!!!! Had to take the grandchildren back (halfway anyway this morning my time) to Sydney. They go home for Christmas and New Year and come back first week in January.

Hope the party was a lot of fun!!

We have a traditional Christmas - turkey, ham, pork, roast potatos, pumpkin, Christmas pudding, brandy custard & cream etc.
No cold buffet for us!!
Christmas is very mild so far this year. Mild and raining at present and with Christmas day forecast to be mild as well. LOVELY. Sure beats the 40degree celsius normal.

My tomatoes and pumpkins are booming along and I am so thrilled. Raspberries are going well also.
Sweet potatos are sprouting also. And my piece de resistance is my rockmelon. Lots of flowers, though I only have one plant, so I am thinking perhap I should try pollinating with a brush.

Again VERY BEST WISHES FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!

Hello
We dip into Christmas first down here, by ten hours (I think) when we are in daylight saving as now, or 9 hours in normal time.

So, when you get up for brekkie on Christmas morning, I will be flaking out from my big lunch.

Enjoy yours too,
Merry Christmas :)

A very Merry Christmas Down Under Dahlis

Did you hear about the malfunctioning animatronics in Myers' window display?
