golden hop..........

Have got a gorgeous golden hop that has produced a mass of hops this year...are they the same as the wild hops? can I make beer with them? would love to know before i put them in the compost bin!!!

Hi Sussexfleur - you can add golden hops to homebrew and they give a citrus tang to your brew. Not tried it myself but have it on good authority from a neighbour.
