Raspberry plants (raised beds) started out well, then leaves turned red and shrivelled, and the plants stopped growing (happened last year as well). They're watered appropriately, not over-watered. They've had some cold exposure, but are largely protected from frost, while another set of plants nearby (20 metres away) has had no trouble.
Any idea what the problem might be? Many thanks in advance.
