Popped over to the allotment and amongst other goodies picked some sweetcorn brought it home and left the bag outside the back door.Went back an hour or so later only to find the resident grey sqirrel had helped itself from the bag and was sat in the middle of the back lawn munching away at an ear of corn.Cheeky blighter!!!

'My' Robin, Bobski, came into the living room on Saturday, scared the flipping life out of me. He landed on a plant, which I thought, in my periferal vision, had come to life!! He then flew away, I thought to back outside, but no, he was just playing 'lets fly around the house'. I opened all the other doors, so he wouldn't crash trying to escape, then he reappeared only to vanish again. I crept about looking for him, and he shot across the room to the back door and escpaed unharmed. I think he was hungry! I put more food out for him. Another cheeky blighter!

If you put more food out for him, retropants, I think you may find he is a quick learner and try that trick again…. :)

OH, we feed the birds regularly. He’s been shy until now. He prefers the pink fat pellets.
