As some of you know I dug a wildlife pond during the covid lockdown of 2020, planted with native plants, it is now looking like a more natural pond and the wildlife is coming in.

Looks amazing Burnie.

Does it have a filter or is it self cleaning?

There are no fish, so no need for a filter, just a natural balanced wildlife pond, full of shrimps, larvae and of course predators like pond skaters, water boatmen, newt and frogs. Birds bathe in a shallow corner and luckily so far, no herons.
