does anyone know a place online where I can buy those cloth gloves that have rubber on the palm and fingers in a xs ladies size, like a 6. I got a pair 3 years ago at chelsea flowere show, but they are really getting past it. All the ones in the garden centres are too big and that particular style i cant find in a childrens, just cloth ones.

They sound like my Showa gloves which I can't find at any garden centres and sent off for from Harrod Horticultural.

I buy the plantmaster ones wouldn't be without them. :D

Hello Mandylew - do you mean the Showa gloves that fit like a second skin? If so, the cheapest supplier I've found is Centre Sales - washttp://www.gloves.trader.uk.com/shop ... egoryID=14
They are the 370 Palm Fit Grip on this link. Selling at 3.95/pair + £2.50 standard delivery charge. I buy multiple pairs at a time, which makes the delivery charge minimal overall. They have a small size, but not sure how small that is, as I buy the medium ones.

Chez, I can't make that link work and I'd be very interested as that is considerably cheaper than Harrods. :?

Snap, Chantal. Mind you, perhaps you will want to check out Centre Sales too, given Harrods appear to be selling them for £2.55/pair more(?).

Yup Centre Sales have Showa but not the same ones although they look similar enough. I'll check them out when my supply runs out. Thanks. :D Harrods are notoriously expensive but I tried and failed to find them anywhere else at the time of purchase. Having said that, they were still cheaper than the pair my sister originally bought for me from some fancy shop in Stratford!

Chantal - I am intrigued now... which ones do you get?

Just re-read your post properly  . I think you'll find Plant Master from Harrods are the same as 307 from Centre Sales. The Centre Sales picture looked different to my first pair of these gloves (sent from NZ), but when I took the risk, they were identical. I would stake my life (almost)
on these being the same as your ones from Harrod.

I have had a look at these gloves and they look the same as the ones I have been finding at boot sales (particularly the Kessingland one in Suffolk) for about £2 a pair. They are excellent and very comfortable to wear. If any of you are booters it is worth looking out for them.

Chez, the first pair I had were 306 but I couldn't find them anywhere, so I went for the Plant Master as being similar and they seem identical too. Strange isn't it?
