It always surprises me that most people think Wales is half the size it actually is.

I'm in West Wales, Gower is two hours drive south-east and where Alan lives is easily three hours drive from me.
How are you supposed to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle if it completely removes a wine lover’s reason to live?
