I was given some 'courgette' plants in the spring, but they aren't. They have grown on well, and I left all the 'courgettes' on to see how they would turn out. There are about 3 or 4 per plant, oval shaped like a spaghetti squash and about the same size. The skins are sort of courgette-y looking, green and speckly, and some are turning more orange in between the green speckles. Any ideas as to what they are and whether they will keep for long?
I know I should post a photo, but I am at work, so can't. I could get my Fine Young Man to go to the allotment, get a photo, send it to my phone....oh, then I'm stuck, cos I cant upload to the works computer. And I'm not clever enough with techy stuff anyway.
