Task force sounds relevant and the final paragraph sums the situation up perfectly.

Yes, that is noticeable - remember a while back Defra admitted their figures may be wrong and would welcome any corrections. Seems they are being realistic in calling them assumptions now. All in all a very interesting read.

Yes a very interesting read. I have been through it twice and there are several indications that the anti-peat campaign has not had the impact that they had taken as a done job. I have printed it off and am reading it in large print which is easier on my eyes. There are several points that I will raise at a later time but have a very full programme on my hands at the present moment and this has come entirely at the wrong time for me.
