Just had to leap out of the bath, rush into the garden, upend the dog by holding her round her belly just in front 0f her hind legs and whack her just behind her ribs with the palm of my hand.

Daughter, who should know better, had put some leftover cooked beefburgers from the fridge in with the dogs dry food, without cutting them up.
As they were under 2" diameter the greedy bitch hadn't bothered to bite them, instead gulping them down whole and backfilling with dry dog food.

Took several attempts before the dog disgorged her meal, she is snoozing quietly on the sofa next to me now. :D Before OH says a word, I did pull my shorts on before running downstairs, wouldn't want to get bitten would I?

Daughter got to clear up the pile of puke, while I returned to my bath.

PS Bitches widdle a bit when you try and save them from choking to death, little squirts that travel far.

Lol Peter, I  till I cried, I have done that manouvre a couple of times on children, thankfully they didn't pee!
Sit down before a fact as a little child, be prepared to give up every preconcieved notion, follow humbly wherever and to whatever abyss nature leads, or you shall learn nothing.

Firstly, i think you deserve a little praise Peter, a lot of people would have paniced in such a situation.

But i am wondering, if it was more the shock of you charging about in your shorts, that made her cough up the burgers. :)
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Well done - could have been worse with a male dog!

I'm sure Male dogs wouldn't bolt their food like that, so the problem wouldn't arise. :)

Flatulence would be worse and the worst of all 'accidental releases" would involve the same orifice!

Worst of all would have been a dead dog. :(

Well done Peter.
For realising, from the peace and solitude of a bath, what was happening AND for a superb bit of action too.
I don't suppose the dog will be in the least grateful!
Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
