Does anyone grow this variety of peach? I read that the flavour was "OK" which is not much of an endorsement!

Hello Marken
I tried to grow peach against an outside wall many years ago and was eventually defeated by the dreaded peach leaf curl. This is something that you'll have to be prepared for. There ways of coping with it.
I'm afraid I don't know anything about this variety. It always pays though to do a lot of looking up when your thinking of starting something that's going to be a long term thing. It's a real pain to nurse something along for several years then to find that the variety you chose wasn't up to much.

Thanks John. I was looking at this variety simply because I can get hold of a container grown tree and plant now. Unfortunately I have left it too late to buy a bare root tree. I think I'll have to wait now until autumn but at least I will then have my pick of varieties, some of which have some resistance to peach leaf curl.
