Hi Alan,
Just for good measure I notice that the wild Welsh Daffodils have come into to bloom this morning. Dead on cue!
Just for good measure we have sunshine at present.

The same to you and yours Alan. I have a beautiful big pot of Tete a Tetes in my kitchen and I just love to stand and look at them. Totally perfect. I always feel brighter when I see the first flowers of spring and can smell the wild garlic.
Lots of love

Hi, Alan.
Happy Saint David's Day to you too. I would have posted an almost identical post to JB - our wild daffodils have just started to open today and we are experiencing glorious sunshine with the buzzards calling overhead. Wonderful.

Regards, Diane

Hi Alan,

Sounds like you had the nice weather as well today then :)

Bitterly cold wind here, along with periods of drizzle. Dark grey clouds all day :(
Cheers PJ.

I'm just off down the greenhouse. I won't be long...........

Definitely came in like a lamb up here - almost 100% sunshine after an overnight ground frost (just) and little breeze so felt pleasant even though the temperature wasn't very high.

Isn't it amazing how the daffodil bud, just a brownish beige "stick" suddenly bursts open into a a yellow wonder!

I am glad you all had a lovely day - we have had a very cold, very grey day and not a single daffodil is out yet :( :( :(
Kind regards,

Elle

Going out like a Lion, quite a gale today but not much rain.
