Shallot Man - I checked this website out and as I'm plagued with many scam emails I decided to make a note of the address to which these scam mails should be forwarded in my Outlook Express e-mail address book, for future reference i.e. email@actionfraud.org.uk.
However, when I tried to enter the address it came up with a message on the lines of "the email address you have tried to enter is not a valid Internet address. Do you want to continue?" I added it anyway, and then tried to send them a test message to check that the email had been sent. I got the message back that my attempt to send had failed.
Am I doing something wrong here or has anybody else experienced this problem?

Sorry Shallot Man - I may be incredibly thick here but if I save the website as a Bookmark, which is what you seem to be suggesting, how does that enable me to forward a scam e-mail?
You're going to have take me back to the Computer "Infants" class and explain step-by-step. What the site seems to be suggesting is that you simply forward the dodgy email to the following address: email@actionfraud.org.uk which doesn't work for me.
