Johnboy - hope you are not now suffering from the new syndrome I heard about recently, .i.e. Information Denial Syndrome, where people who were required to spend more than 24 hours away from their mobile phones, blackberries or e-mail over the Christmas period started to suffer Cold Turkey.

I must confess, I do like to check my e-mail daily, but my mobile is switched off for weeks on end so I'm not addicted to that. However, I understand that a lot of people now do suffer genuine symptoms of anxiety if separated from their Blackberries and mobile phones. Quite sad really.

gosh! thanks everyone! I have been avoiding the computer a bit, but now I am back at work, and all caught up, I can come and check in!
