I would just like to mention how great the new modirators have been in helping me with my dumb brain when it comes to using my puter and getting around problems.I have had P.M messages straight away explaining how to do things.

In the greasy spoon opposite work one day, person not native to these isles wandered in and ordered a bacon sandwich using the odd word with much sign language.
Person wandered outside, had fag, came back in, pointed at nearly cooked bacon and said "Is halal?"

My neighbour hangs out things on the line that could double up as hang gliders and sling shots, very frightening it is too - scares the hell out of Tim anyway. I'm sure yours are nothing like that

Chantal, I do hope your neighbour never reads this web site, or she might just use them for one of the two purposes described.

My neighbours are in their 70's and don't have central heating, a phone, a washing machine and have only recently bought a colour TV. The chance of them reading this forum is about as likely as me flying to the moon unaided. However, I may well tell them as this particular topic came in conversation some time ago when I took a cracking photo of some penstemons in my garden, only to find Kath's enormous knickers flapping in the breeze in the background when the prints came back. Digital cameras deny me all this fun...
