Thanks, both of you!

That's two surprises in the space of half an hour. :D

The other was when someone turned up at the door with some flowers and chocolates for me, which turned out to be from son no. 1. At first I thought they must have come to the wrong house - I honestly don't think I've had any flowers delivered before!!! :?

Still no prezzy from hubby though. Apparently, a heap of sh*t is proving difficult to get hold of this year. Still, I live in hope!

It has been virtual wine all day, but I think we can safely crack open the proper stuff now.

Dig in, everyone - there's plenty more where this came from!

I'm still hoping that Goldilox will make it to this party, but maybe she's had a better offer - those three bears make a mean bowl of birthday porridge!

Hello All - yes I'm here too!! Happy birthday Mouse, only the best people were born today

And yes, we are on the 2nd glass - just had a nice meal at home. Were going to go out but decided to go out for lunch tomorrow instead. Pretty cold here today, but at least the snow's disappearing.

Going out tomorrow to buy my birthday present. Hubby's making me a bio beehive which I've really wanted for a long time, so we're going to buy the wood. Just need to find the bees after that. Hope we get a swarm again as we did last year.

Have a drink on us . . . good Gascon vintage of course!

Thanks for all your good wishes, and hope Mouse has a good evening too.

Love,
Chris
