After seeing the TV adverts for yet another American film I was interested to hear on Radio 4 today that, according to the ancient Mayan calendar, the present world order will end on December 23, 2012 :( :(

At least the London Olympics will be over and I'll have just had my birthday - but forget the turkey.

The bad news (aka load of *****) is here:

Just tell her it's on order and has obviously been caught up somewhere in the postal strikes.

Just my flippin' luck, two years to go before retiring and getting all (well most) of the cash back the various leeches have stopped from my wages. Cheers, Tony.
