Catherine, the newest member is Jack from the Soil Association.

Soil Association = Organic

What is every big argument on this forum about? Organic!

Welcome Soil Association - wasn't it not too long ago we said why
we like this forum is that people are free to express an opinion
and it is debated respectfully. I respect organics on a personal
level and would say I am about 80% organic but when it gets
down to the really big issues - feeding the world and respecting
the environment it gets like walking in quicksand as there are
so many conflicting ideas and opinons so having someone with
insider knowledge will hopefully clarify some of the these. (For me
on a personal level at least.)

Look forward to reading the responses back and forward - will
liven up these dark cold evenings.
