Could I have some advice, please, on the best fertiliser to use for grow bags, when the plants are fairly mature. Tomatoes have their own special mixture, but what is best for peppers, cucumbers etc? The same as for Toms, or Phostrogen mixture, or something alse?
Many thanks, John N.

I would say that if the plants are flowering then the tomato fertilizer is what you need. Phostogen will encourage all round plant growth so perhaps, at this time of year, plants will still need this to encourage further growth.
Hope this helps...

Well, according to a KG article on cucumbers, they need more nitrogen than is in tomato feed (think squash type vegetable).

The rest will be fine with tomato feed though.
