Dear Doneigging, i think she looks a little perkier tonight.
I did pick her up earlier and give her a bit of a cuddle, she just looked into my eyes and gave me a look that would melt the hardest of poultry keepers hearts.

Good morning Donedigging, and what a glorious morning it is as well.
I think the poorly one might be trying it on a little, she seems to pick up after some affection, but looks a little rough later on again.
The Old Codger should be back latter next week. I got a post card from the old fellow yesterday, saying they have got sunburnt, i hasten to add, there will be no offers from me to apply sunburn cream, he can do his own.
