Did anybody watch "Jimmy Doherty in Darwin's Garden" last night? I quite liked those Bumble Bee hives he was using but there doesn't seem to be any links associated with the programme. He called them nests I think. Has anybody seen them for sale?
Hi Geoff,
I thought the same thing
I googled bumble bee nest, I found the Bumblebee Conservation Trust who sell nest boxs
They also give ideas on how to make your own.
Hope this is of some help
Kind Regards
Kevin

Chantal, the only sad thing about this news story (and the many that have been on BBC TV & radio this week) is that it's a non-news story:
"Scientists now dispute whether Colony Collapse Disorder actually exists"
Unfortunately, what they seem to slightly ignore is that despite this, bees are still dying in higher numbers than usual
