Dusted off my binoculars and had a look at these three as they appeared in the south-west skies this evening.Right on cue at 5-15p.m.Venus peeped out from behind the crescent Moon with Jupiter looking on from above.

Wonderful.

Hi Snooky, I had a look tonight but could only see the crescent moon, this may be because we are in a valley and the moon was only just peeping over the trees. Nice moon though.

I saw it to plumpudding and it looked like the moon had a tiny little diamond hanging off it, like a piece of diamond jewellery or was it the toolkit off the space station??
If I am not on the plot, I am not happy.........
