The system on here is usually set up so that you get an e-mail when someone has pm'd so it is worth sending your friend a pm for that reason alone

Found it!! We reinstalled the old computer last night [it took 3 hours] and guess what the one and only address was that was missing from the addresses list!

But I had a brainwave this morning and found it on an old piece of paper I had kept from 2 years ago. As I have always said, never throw anything away!
