A visit from a young lady at 3.45 in the morning, and you still want your day brightened  [/u][/i]
Cheers PJ.

Dear P.J, I must say the young lady was an absolute stunner, but Chantal is a good friend and also has looks to equal the young lady  , so it meant a lot.

It's a long wait for the bus to Milton Bryan, but it'll be worth it when we get there.

Friend came to visit this weekend who hasn't been for a while. When he noticed I was putting shredded newspaper in the compost he wondered if it would slow the process down. "How come?" I asked. "Well the worms might find an interesting bit and stop to read instead of munching on". Might have to review what I am doing!

Just potted up some seedlings - didn't see that on the transfer deadline day thread!

Looks like everyone else had an early night, as well as myself, there was nothing for me to read this morning. :( :)

Tea really is a cure-all. i (briefly) worked at a mental hospital in London. was hanging out before my shift in the attached walled garden, soaking up what last little bits of serenity i could, when the (very young) security guard comes running in waving his flashlight nervously. Turns out a vagrant had been sleeping there (rather than the jailbreak we all feared. there was a locked ward, did i mention?)... 'You can't stay here! It's a mental hospital!' he said, nervously... The vagrant was cool, gathered his things... then the security guard said, rather nervously, 'Would you like a cup of tea?' The offer was politely declined... but I dined out on that story for weeks. 8)
