Dear Donedigging, i have heard that being a pole dancer is very hard work, no wonder you are tired.

Hope the weekend gives you time to recover.
Maybe it might pay to go back to the Doctors and have another week off.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Dear Donediggin,so sorry to hear your news, now its time to take things easy, thats what your body is saying. My dad had a heart attack 7 yrs ago,he had taken early retiament 5wks befor it happened, took it easy for a while and then got enrolled on a program at the hospital to go the gym,he then got a bike and started slowly on little rides. We then offered him some of our plot and he is now back to better health than what he was before he had the attack.Ask your doc for another note,i dont know about you ,but our place of work gives you 6mths full pay off sick, maybe you could look into this
Take it easy
Love you lots like Jelly Tots

Hi there Donedigging,
Sorry have not been on this forum recently, I hope you are recovering well and the six weeks are nearly up so you can get back to the plot

Also, don't know if it's any consolation but we have had a huge invasion of slugs this year over here (on the continental bit) as well, OH is going nuts and I'm delegated to trying to collect them all, a fruitless task if there ever was
Regards
