Those who followed my Bosch mower/strimmer bargain (sse below) might like to know that the Art 26 Easytrim that comes with this deal is a non-adjustablestrimmer and is built for someone about 6'6" tall! I'm only 5'7".
But.... I rang Bosch customer service and they happily said that they would change it for a height-adjustable model. They are picking it up by courier and will deliver the new one in a few days! They deserve this mention because that's what I call service!

Maybe there is a lesson to be learnt here, ring and have a word before moaning about companies.
