My son has asked me to buy him an electric rotary lawn mower for a birthday present, not a hover and a fairly small lawn.
Probably go to B&Q for the 10% OAP discount, and I like the look and price of the Bosch 0600885570 at £69.98 with a 2yr warranty. Anyone any views on this choice? Thanks.

Dear John N, I think all the electric mowers in that price range would be fairly good.
The thing that blows them, is when the lawns only get cut once a month and are six inches long.

Went this a.m. and bought the £70 Bosch mower at B & Q - and got a £22 strimmer bundled in free of charge! As my 15yr old B&D strimmer is on it's last legs this was a pretty good bargain to me!

Dear JohnN, you can't beat getting a bargain.
Although i must admit, i normally see things like that two weeks after i have already bought one.
