Well what a game. I`m disappointed and shocked. Im sure the English team came on for the second half wearing mittens and with their shoes tied together. It was like watching a different team play. Well done to any Welsh fans.Boo hoo to the result

Dear Seedling, in the first half the Welsh played badly and we didn't take enough of an advantage, in the second half we played badly, but the Welsh did take advantage.

So really we played badly in both halves, i don't think i have seen so much panic passing in all my life.

At least it can only get better. :)
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Where are all our Welsh members this morning? I suppose a 20 year hangover takes some shifting, probably run out of the Leek and Daffodil wine.

I am sure Mr Refail will be posting very soon, the game was the epitomy of what most of our national teams suffer from a lack of at the moment, confidence, consistency and courage. Watch out for England Cricketers in NZ and our soccer nuggets in Switzerland and the point will be proved me thinks. Although I am happy to be wrong of course!!

I came home from work to find deeply depressed husband syndrome had struck (he's Scottish)

He managed 20 minutes of the game before he had to switch off and go away, it was soooo bad

1 roast dinner later, he's a little better

Compost bin construction and a mean roast tattie is hardly never ending, but I'll take the compliment anyway

At your age I'm surprised you can still manage impressions

Bad timing for the match - was on way back from Potato Day in Ryton.

As some of you will already know, I have no interest in rugby.
But as everything went quiet as that place over the border started losing perhaps I could just mention this.

Hi Chantal,
I looked for you and it is only the usual rhetoric that you get out of BBC Wales. I do congratulate them. However I suspect that if all the high tackles had been penalized then most of the buggers would have been in the sin bin most of the game.
Just imagine my plight living in the Marches where every other person has Welsh in their blood. When England wins they are English and when Wales win they are Welsh so the pub at lunchtime will be full of Welshmen singing their praises. Frankly they haven't got much else to sing about though.
JB.
