I have sent two emails without reply :(

I should give them a call as it's been out for over a week. Mortons are very helpful on the phone and may not have received your emails for some reason.

I've got mine and I think it might be the best yet - certainly the most professional issue to date.

Hi - you are not alone, my new subscription should have started this month but no sign - I have resisted buying a copy in the shop but I am very disapointed the copy I have already payed for has not yet arrived :(

I just called the subscription hotline (01778 392030) to get it sorted out and they're going to get one sent out (but it could take up to 10 days)

My subscription has not yet arrived... I to rang the subscription hotline around 16 days ago now, and still my expected issue has yet to be delivered - I double checked my name inc address with them to make sure which was correct - but still no joy, i'll give them a chase tomorrow morning...

Unimpressed...

Neither has mine, but it's not their fault. For some reason my local sorting office have taken to returning some of my post to the senders marked 'gone away' :x  . In some ways it wouldn't be so bad if it had all gone astray, as it is I am trying to work out what I should have had and I have no idea whether I've remembered everything, but suspect not. I've lived here for fifteen years, it's on a main road half a mile from the sorting office and I am definitely STILL HERE! The PO say I should get my post OK now....we'll see.

Has everyone got their copies OK now?

At the moment we are taking subscriptions but the actual sending of them & the management of them is done by Warners (01778 392030). If you ever don't get any joy on this number, or feel you haven't been delt with professionally, then please do run Mortons / KG directly on 01507 529300.

As we may have not taken your subscription directly, you'll need to give us your details again - but we can send out current issues and help by chasing Warners directly on your behalf.

This system will change during 2006 so please bear with us.

Thanks

Jason,

Thanks for the response. I still haven't got mine. It will be two weeks tomorrow (Monday) since I phoned the subscription hot-line (which is about 10 working days) so if it doesn't arrive tomorrow I will contact them again.

Its a pity really as the March issue looks like a good one (I browsed it a few times at WH Smith ;-) )

Fingers crossed.

I was thinking of subscribing, but having read the above, I don't think I'll bother!!

Don't give up, it sounds like a glitch. I have been subscribing for over a year and my magazine is as regular as clockwork. It sounds like they've had a problem with the new subscriptions but hey, everyone makes mistakes.

Chantals right - although I have been disapointed this time, my previous subscriptions have been trouble free. I will put it down to the change of ownership - funny how the 'taking the dosh from your bank account' bit always works perfectly though  -

The delivery of the March edition may have been a bit of a glitch, but bearing in mind that Thursday this week the April issue will be on sale, it is a bit offputting if a number of subscribers have not yet received their March issue!!

It certainly has put me off.

Oh, and I'm one of the saddo hoarders that has every copy since No. 4 or 5. Without going digging in the cupboard I can't remember which was the first issue I bought. And when I decide to dispose of them they will be free to a good home, but not just yet!!

I've never had a problem. Mine was renewed for Feb and it's been trouble free.

I think it's a glitch. You want to be thankful that Ticketmaster aren't organising it. They couldn't organise a cock up in a brothel.

But that's another story that still winds me up.
Lots of love

Lizzie
