upon buying my fruit trees today in Aldi, I came across some planting trays that hold 40 small pots and are ideal for pricking all sorts of things into before upgrading to 3 inch pots.

I bought some last year and more today as I have found them invaluable. Last year I grew my sweetcorn in them until planting out with no problems.

They are £1.99 a tray.

They're good and the same ones are in my nearest garden centre at £5.99!

Been thanked: 1 time

They are good, I've been using them for years.

Our Aldi also has in triple propogator plant trays for £2.99 each. Good value as it's 3 mini greenhouses.

I have found a number of used cell packs, and modules at a nearby nursery (plus used pots) at 2p each. The 60-cell trays are fabulous for all sorts of things and only require a good scrub and dunk in citrox or similar to sterilise if you so wish. They are more than happy to sell these used trays and pots to me!
