what fun kids are.I have had a really good day with my scout and cub group and i missed our A.G.M at the plot...what joy..i always end up coming out of the meeting wanting to kill someone, but this year i thought ,sod it,im taking my gang on a conservation day.the day started off with the bus letting us down, but parents got together and helped take the kids to croxteth park, were we met Adam one of the rangers, really nice man.we then all helped clear a site of rhodadendrims(yes i know it is spelt wrong)and had the biggest fire you could build...Liz would of luved it
and we had jacket spuds cooked on the fire.I took the older kids to take some pictures on their digital cameras and you should see some of the stuff they took, trees which were all shades of color, ponds with reflections, different kinds of fungus and moss.those cameras are fab,the kids astounded me with their eye for nature

how cool is that

Good evening my dear Grockodile, i bet you had a lot better day than most. I bet your Scouts And Cubs love you, you really do sound good fun to be around.
It's a shame more people don't relize, that kids get a huge amount of pleasure out of just being out there with nature.
Well i suppose thats your good deed done for the week, now you can go back to being your grumpy old self for another week.
Nice to see you on the forum again Grock.

mouthed that i thought he was a B*****d and then he stopped the bus to let me on,paid me fair, went to sit down, only to hear him shout all over the bus.."AND I DO HAVE A FATHER!"

Dear Grock, you are not really grumpy in the week are you.
Now that really won't do, i'll have to try and think of something to change that.
I can imagine the bus driver telling his mates what you shouted at him.
