I have been given an old aladdin blue flame series 6 heater. no instructions tho!cant seem to adjust the wick and dont know how to get it out if i decide to change it. cant seem to find any instructions online. I dont want to break it as it looks workable!
Can anyone help???

Hi Ali.M

You Can get spares for most aladdin heaters & lamps from www.base-camp.co.uk :) Do you have photo to show what type of heater it is, as base-camp only have spares list, if you look on the wick carrier it will have a number on the handle/adjuster which should tell you what size wick you need, but without seeing it I am a bit stumped as to what model.

Yes - many of the camping stores still provide them. Try 3Cs at Sheffield first, then come back to me. I'm sure we can find a contact for you.
