Dear Weed, you really don't know how lucky you were, i nearly went to the Priory Maze too, but got way-laid in Cromer. :)
I was staying in between Bacton and Walcott at a little place called Keswick.

I did visit the Vicarage at East Ruston, i must say it was quite impressive and well worth a visit.

Thanks again for the birthday wishes, and by the way my new camera has got a good zoom, bet that will come in handy. :)
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

When i came home from work at lunchtime there was a present waiting for me. It was from M'Lady who i work for at the big house on a Friday.
It was a botanical painting that she had done herself, she really is very talented, and i must say i was very touched and a little choked up.
I appreciate something like that far more then some thing that has been bought.

I really do get spoiled, i'm sure i'm not worth it.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

That's nice OH and I know how you feel. One of our wedding presents is a painting of me on my allotment with Tim playing golf to torment me. When I finally get it home (it's going on display first) I'll take a photo and post it on here. It's wonderful. :D
