Mini munch cucumbers

grown them this year for the first time I have 2 plants in the greenhouse I am picking 4-6 every day
any body got any suggestions of what to do with some of them bar give them away
they are about 3" long varying in girth !

We put our spare cucumbers through the juicer; great before breakfast.

I love these little cucumbers. Can't wait for mine to start cropping. Spotted a receipe recently for Cucumber jelly with mint mousse which I'm posting in the Recipe Section.
Thanks I will have a look, I do make pickles but only 2 of us and my kids get fed up if I overload them
I grew small ones last year outdoors from a bought plant did not crop as heavy as these are my daughters both have one outdoors they are getting a least 1 a day even in this weather

I'm afraid that I can't help you with any ideas except to eat them as they come!
I've grown two plants of 'Zeina' in a frame this year - the first time I've tried mini cucs. They're great - very productive, super taste and started cropping very early. Don't think I'll ever go back to the long frame types that I've grown always grown before.
